Guacamole Lovers

When I think of Guacamole, I’m all smiles. Avocado is one super food that I was very skeptical to try at first. But, it din’t take me long to get hooked to it. One bite was just enough! Guacamole is one of the most preferred snack/dip and of course when there is Spanish/Mexican on my mind this is the first thing that I think of.

Fact File: Did you know guacamole was first made by the Aztec Indians in Mexico? They would mash avocados, sometimes with onion and tomato. The Spanish took the idea back to Spain in the 16th century, but the climate of Europe would not allow for the easy cultivation of avocados. So for the next few hundred years, the only way to eat an avocado was to travel to the Americas where they grew.

Guacamole is usually kept simple by having it with chips and dippers. There are other ways that I enjoy having it more with:
Fajitas
Burritos
In or top of quesadillas
Tacos
Burgers and Sandwiches
Grilled chicken, tofu, fish, steaks
Serves as a great spread instead of Mayo

Here is one of the most amazing and uber easy recipe for top shelf guacamole shared by El Chico UAE that you must try at home:

½ cup Tomatoes (3/4” diced)

Preparation Method:
